Learning to Integrate: A New Beginning with Marea Viva’s Spanish Classes
At Marea Viva, we continue to stand for genuine integration and human connection. That’s why we’ve launched a project that fills us with enthusiasm: Spanish classes for migrants — an initiative that combines learning, community, and solidarity.

At Marea Viva, we have begun a new and exciting chapter: Spanish classes for people who wish to make our land their home.
Because we know that learning a language is much more than conjugating verbs or memorizing vocabulary. It’s the key that opens doors to employment, education, friendship, and a sense of belonging. It means being able to tell your story, share your dreams, and build your future with confidence.
Thanks to the collaboration of CEAR (Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid), who kindly open their doors and space to us, we can accompany those who arrive with the hope of integrating and building a new future here.
Every Tuesday, at the El Pinar Center, we share much more than a language — we share stories, smiles, and opportunities.
Our classes are free, welcoming, and tailored to each participant’s needs. Here, we don’t just study grammar — we exchange cultures, build support networks, and strengthen community.
If you’d like to volunteer, your time and commitment can truly make a difference in the lives of many people.
